Adopt Scooter
Scooter didn't have a very good start in life. He was pushed from home to home, and never really got much attention. He was sometimes locked out of doors for days on end. Consequently he is shy of new people, until he trusts you. He may need some patience and time to settle into a new home, but he is well worth the effort.
Scooter does like to play when he feels safe, but again this may take some time. Having another cat in the home would be a bonus. He will need regular brushing, as he is prone to getting matted fur otherwise, but once he trusts you he tolerates grooming very well.
